Department Overview: Pharmacy Supply Chain

The Process & Compliance Audit team is part of the IT Operations and supply chain function of Tata 1mg. It ensures data-driven decision-making, audit compliance, KPI tracking, and operational excellence via analytics and process automation.

Role Responsibilities

• 📊 Data Analysis & Dashboards
• Extract, analyze, and visualize data to create dashboards and reports for tracking operational performance metrics.
• 🔁 Automation & Process Improvement
• Use tools like Google Sheets, Google Scripts, and no-code platforms to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• 🔍 Data Exploration & Visualization
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities using Data Studio and Tableau.
• 🧪 A/B Testing
• Design and analyze experiments to evaluate strategies and improve supply chain performance.
• 📈 KPI Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis
• Track Key Performance Indicators, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
• 🔐 Data Security & Integration
• Ensure data compliance, secure handling of sensitive information, and integration of data from multiple platforms for unified analytics.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 10 years in data analytics, preferably in IT operations, supply chain, or process audit

• Experience in handling large datasets, conducting root cause analysis, and performance reporting
• Familiarity with no-code platforms, Google Workspace tools, visualization platforms like Tableau/Data Studio
• Strong grasp of data security, data integration, and cross-functional communication
• A keen analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights
